Located on West Terry Street between Old 41 Road and U.S. 41 (Richview Court to the east and Barefoot Lane to the west), the site is comprised of approximately 24.02 acres with a 3-1/2-acre gopher tortoise preserve. Hammer Construction has been selected as a preferred builder within Serrano, and has begun construction of the St. Croix model.
