Hammer Construction Chosen as Preferred Builder in Serrano

Naples Daily News "Real Estate" Cape Coral-based Hammer Construction has been chosen as a preferred builder in Serrano, a gated community of single- and multi-family homes on West Terry Street in Bonita Springs. Hammer plans to build single-family homes, each with three bedrooms, ranging from 3,091 to 3,573 total square feet. The two floor plans, the St. Croix and St. Thomas, will be available. The company plans to build the St. Thomas (shown) floor plan as a model. Pricing for the St. Thomas is available through the model center in Cape Coral. The St. Thomas will offer three bedrooms, two baths, 2,248 square feet of living area and 3,091 square feet overall. Additionally, Hammer's commercial division will build the community clubhouse beginning in 2006. Serrano, between Old 41 Road & US 41, has more than 24 acres and includes a preserve, two lakes, 56 multifamily homes and 47 custom-designed single-family homes - some with dock, lake and river views. Amenities include a clubhouse, pool, and common area park with boat dock, canoe park, gazebo and nature walk. Minnesota-based Argosy Advisors is developing the project.
