Hammer Commercial to build Retail Plaza in Cape Coral

Hammer Commercial Service Team has been named the contractor for Marmora Plaza, located on North Del Prado Boulevard in Cape Coral.  Construction will consist of building the plaza to a vanilla shell, with the opportunity to conduct tenant finishes after completion.  The project is scheduled to begin construction in Fall 2006.
