Hammer Commercial awarded contract for 2-story Office Building on Pine Island Corridor

Hammer Commercial Service Team has been awarded the contract to complete a 2-story office building off Pine Island Road in Cape Coral. The project will be a Mediterranean-inspired design complete with porte-cochere, clay tile roof, and numerous exterior elevation details. The building is approximately 18,000 square feet, and will hold office spaces and a conference room. Construction is set to begin in Spring of 2007.
