Hammer Awarded Jamaica Bay Clubhouse

Hammer Commercial has been awarded the contract to complete a combined welcome center and administrative building at the entrance to Jamaica Bay's Fort Myers community.  The building will feature Old Florida architectual style with metal roof and expansive landscaping.  The building will host Jamaica Bay's visitor welcome center as well as supporting administrative offices.  Construction is set to begin in May of 2009.
