Hammer Construction Opens Second Model Center in Cape Coral

The News-Press "Real Estate" Kelly Denmark, president of Hammer Service Team Inc., said the company has opened the second model home at the model center on Chiquita Boulevard in Cape Coral. The Aruba has 3,195 total square feet with three bedrooms, two baths, living room, dining room and breakfast nook under 2,263 square feet. Features include a brick paver driveway, French doors, Vitabath tub with tiled tub deck, solid surface kitchen and bath tops in choice of colors, cherry or maple bathroom vanities, custom cherry or maple wood kitchen cabinets, double bowl kitchen sink with Moen One Touch faucet, tiled kitchen backsplash, 30-year dimensional shingle and appliance package.
