Hammer Construction Announces New VP, Project Manager

Cape Coral Daily Breeze "Real Estate Briefs" Hammer Construction Service Team President Kelly Denmark announces two new employees have recently joined Cape Coral-based Hammer Construction Service Team. Phil Butts is Vice President of residential construction, responsible for implementing contracts & overall construction activities for all of Hammer's residential properties. He has 21 years of construction experience in Lee County, holding various positions in residential and commercial divisions. He has a Florida real estate license and a Florida contractor's license. Niki Magdelenic has joined as a project manager, supervising construction crews and their projects, scheduling personnel, specifying materials, and ensuring projects are built according to industry standards.
